Wisechamps reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, Wisechamps may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event Wisechamps reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to Wisechamps

Billing

 

 

By using the Wisechamps’ services, you are expressly agreeing that we are permitted to invoice you the relevant fees ( instalments) in advance , for your use of the Wisechamps services. The instalments are calculated based on the expected of number of sessions for a period ( usually one month or multiple months) as per your chosen plan. You can pay to recharge the subscription using the Wisechamps account for each instalment or setup a periodic payment standing instruction. You may be allowed to make payments to multiple periods in advance subject to certain maximum limits.

Subscription Account

​

 

The Subscription Account ("Subscription Account") is a pre-paid payment instrument which is associated with your Website account. Your credit amounts will be consumed when sessions are taken Any unused credits will be carried over to the next period .Similarly, extra sessions taken will create a shortage of credit. Taking into account, unused sessions and extra sessions, actual statements will be listed in the student account. Wisechamps will not pay any interest on the amount maintained by you in your Subscription Account.

In case you decide to discontinue or decide not to carryover balances to next academic year, the amount maintained in your subscription account (prepaid amount) will be refundable after deducting administrative and transaction charges.

 

Limitation of Liability: In no event will Wisechamps will be liable for any money lying to your credit in Subscription Account, any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages or losses of any kind, arising from the use of Subscription Account or association with the Subscription Account

Payment

 

 

While availing any of the payment methods available on the website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

1. Lack of authorization for any transactions, or

2. Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between "Bank's", or

3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or

4. Decline of transaction for any other reasons

Compliance With Laws

 

 

User shall comply with all the applicable laws (including without limitation Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made and notifications issued there under and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made thereunder, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under, Export Import Policy of government of India) applicable to them respectively for using Payment Facility and Wisechamps Website.

Academic Year-End Refund

 

 

Close to the end of the academic year/ end of March, you can use the remaining credits if any,to take up additional sessions / exam preparation in the current academic year or convert the credits to request new subscription for the next academic year. If you do not wish to avail any of these options, Wisechamps will initiate refund to you within 30 days of ending the subscription.

Cancellation

 

 

You may cancel your subscription to Wisechamps at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. To cancel, you may call our Customer Care between 9 am and 9 pm, 5 days a week starting Monday to Friday. Wisechamps reserves the right to terminate your account for any or no reason.

Refund Policy

 

 

All your payments made on Wisechamps are eligible for refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request of left over classes. Refunds are done after deducting the value of consumed hours on pro-rata basis.

Duplicate Payment

 

 

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the user will be processed within 7 working days after intimation by the user.
